After that, the reputation of the Swedish duo took off. Dada Life regularly headlines at major music festivals like Ultra and Electric Daisy Carnival. They have released many successful singles and collaborations with other artists. In 2013, Dada Life hosted a pillow fight with 3,813 participants, which broke the world record for largest pillow fight in the world. The same year, the eclectic duo petitioned the United Nations to have their Dada Compound recognized as a sovereign nation. Their request was denied.
