Fadil El Ghoul is a Dutch DJ and producer better known by his stage name R3hab. El Ghoul was born in 1986 and is of Moroccan descent. His music falls under the subgenre “Dutch house” and has gained considerable admiration from other DJs. El Ghoul made his debut on the international scene in 2007, when he produced a track with Hardwell. Since then, he has produced remixes for several big name artists including Pitbull, Tiesto, and Jennifer Lopez. Fellow Dutch DJ Afrojack was so impressed with El Ghoul’s sound that he quickly signed him to his own label, Wall Recordings, and has called him one of the label’s “biggest talents.” In 2012, El Ghoul won the “Best Breakthrough Artist” award at the International Dance Music Awards. The same year, he began a weekly radio show called I Need R3hab.
