Through his almost 20 year career, Armin van Buuren has experienced great success. The Dutch DJ and producer was born in Leiden Netherlands in 1976. He began DJing at age 14, and had his first hit track by age 19. In 1999, van Buuren began his own record label Armind. In 2001 he began his weekly radio show A State of Trance. The show now has over 20 million listeners, and airs in 26 countries across the world. This artist has performed in more than 25 different countries, and can often be found at big summer music festivals. Armin van Buuren has received a number of different awards and recognition. He has performed for the King and Queen of the Netherlands, was one of the first trance musicians to be nominated for a Grammy, and has made this list multiple times.
