Robert van de Corput is better known by his stage name Hardwell. He was born in Breda, Netherlands on January 7, 1988. His musical career began with piano lessons at the age of four, and by age 12, Hardwell was already DJing. His amazing talent as a DJ was quickly recognized, and he was signed to his first record label the following year. From that point on, Hardwell’s talent and reputation grew quickly, and he was working in famous Dutch clubs at age 14. Since than, he has played all over the world, and experienced great success. In 2010, Hardwell began his own record label Revealed Recordings, and followed it the next year with a podcast and radio show called Hardwell on Air. He has subsequently released a documentary by the name of I am Hardwell, which gives his fans a deeper look into the life of the amazing artist. Hardwell is known for his close relationship with his fans. This is the second year in a row that he has made the number one spot on this list.
